“Had a pretty simple child custody case, but still needed the help of an attorney and William was great. Very friendly, and surprisingly enough quick to respond!! Answered all my questions and then some! I highly recommend! ”

“My relationship with Will Fontenot was very unusual because I live in another state and needed an attorney in whom I could place complete faith and trust to represent my family. Mr. Fontenot’s performance was exemplary exceeding my expectations at every turn. Not only did Will provide a careful well researched defense, but kept me informed at every step, while maintaining a level of professional decorum and courtesy that is hard to find in any business environment. I would recommend Mr. Fontenot to anyone, without reservation. I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I do, I know who I want on my team.”

Out of state client

“In a child custody matter, William took on the case with short notice, provided excellent assistance, and was respectful and professional both in and out of the court room. A quality I appreciate is how William presented himself first as a caring individual, then as an attorney. With the high conflict issues I had, this was very helpful in calming my nerves. Having experienced family law attorneys that were less than friendly, I value William’s straight forward approach, his know-how in a confusing process, and overall, him calling me out when I was letting heightened emotions cloud my  judgment. William’s focus on what is fair, and right is a quality I’ve found difficult to find in other family law attorneys. I recommend William and his firm with the highest of regards.”

“Mr. Fontenot is representing me in finalizing my divorce. His great timing has made all the difference in the world to me. The first time I walked into his office, I thought I was ready to “get it over with”. I was willing to give up anything just to be out of the marriage. I see now that I wasn’t even close to being ready. I had a long way to go. I was only seeing what I wanted to see. Through this process, I have learned patience and have found out a lot about myself. I believe this growth had made me become a better person and a much better mother. Mr. Fontenot always used his good judgment to only give me what I could handle, when I could handle it. Even though I knew he was always just a phone call away, I trusted him to look out for me and my kids as he saw fit. It has been a very long, very difficult process, but I think we are finally nearing the end. I know that Mr. Fontenot and I have frustrated each other tremendously several times, but I realize now that he has been looking out for us the whole time. I see now that all of the pitfalls we have had were really stepping stones. I believe those pitfalls were all necessary and part of the healing process. Now I try to look at them as a series of tiny miracles that add up to finally being able to let go and move on. Thank you, Will.”

“Will took my case, a case that lesser attorneys told me was UN-winnable. He looked at my case with unrivaled legal prowess and his fees were beyond reasonable. In the end, Will explored every avenue of legal defense and saved my reputation, my freedom and my livelihood. “Will took over a case that is now in the Utah Supreme Court. The case has had four other attorneys offices involved over the past decade with varying levels of success. His professional attitude and caring disposition were the deciding factors in our hiring him. His ability to understand the intricate legal issues gave us comfort. His very impressive handling of Oral Arguments before the Utah Supreme Court highlighted his intelligence as well as his abilities. You would be hard pressed to tell that it was his first time before the Supreme Court. He was well prepared and confident, but very composed. I would feel very comfortable recommending Will to anyone who finds themselves in need of an Honorable Attorney! His supporting office personnel make for a winning Team.”
