Northern Utah’s Top Attorneys
When you come to my office for a free divorce and family law consultation I’m not going to try to sell you on my firm or push you in one direction or another. What I will do is sit down with you, get to know you and your family situation, try to understand what you are going through, and then let you know if there is something I can help you with. Not every client needs a divorce case started when they come to see me. In fact, I’ve actually had some consultations where I have suggested ways that a couple can try to work things out without having to hire an attorney.
You see, my goal in these consultations is honestly and genuinely to give you some perspective on your divorce or family law issue, not to give you a hard sell on my firm. The other purpose for the free divorce and family law consultation is to give you an idea of who I am, what my firm is like, what we can do for you, and how we go about representing our clients. If you would like to come in and chat with me, please call and we will set an appointment in our office as soon as we are able.
Family Law is often difficult and complex because it involves those you love and the assets you rely on to provide for them. We can help you choose the right course of action and protect you and your interests.
Having a diverse background in different areas of the law helps my clients solve their family law problems. Divorces can be amicable and simple, or they can be complex and contentious with a great deal of marital assets at risk. I can handle either kind, but if you need an aggressive attorney that will fight for you, you have chosen the right attorney.
